Founded by Shaye Patel, a globally recognized CrossFit L3 coach and performance breathing and stress response specialist, B2T blends 15+ years of coaching with field-tested protocols from the worlds of professional sports, tactical performance, and elite human development.

We’ve coached hundreds of high performers. From the NFL, Special Operations, to the boardroom, using practical and proven methods rooted in the B2T IDUR (Identify, Deconstruct, Understand, Respond)  Protocol, BT-RPSS Scale, and contrast therapy exposure training.
